Course fees and duration

Please refer to the fees and payment option on our website.

If the student is under 18, the parent/guardian is responsible for the payment of the Course Fees.

In the event that the student does not complete the course within the stated or chosen course duration or period, he/she may apply for an extension before the enrolment expiry date. Otherwise, the course must be completed within the stated course duration period.

Course durations will be advised at the time of enrolment and on our website.

Course refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 3 calendar days to request a refund on a course from the date your enrolment was confirmed. Once we receive your request for a refund we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Contact us if you have any questions on how to request a course refund at info@forgefaculty.com.au
